The textile reinforced air hose is mainly used as a connecting element between an air compressor and other equipment. This hose consists of three main parts: tube, reinforce and cover.
Tube: high-quality black and smooth synthetic rubber (mainly NBR), resistant to wear, corrosion and oil.
Reinforce: consists of multiple layers of high-strength synthetic fibre and increases the strength of the hose.
Cover: high-quality black and smooth synthetic rubber (mainly CR), with high resistance to fire, abrasion, corrosion, oil, weather, ozone and ageing, ensuring long-term use of the hose.
Construction:
Tube: NR & SBR, black.
Reinforce: braided with 1 or 2 plies of high-tensile polyester yarn.
Cover: NR & SBR, with smooth or wrapped surface, available in black, yellow and red.
