The textile reinforced air hose is mainly used as a connecting element between an air compressor and other equipment. It is widely used in the field of underwater diving, for example for scuba diving. It is an important part of diving suits and other surface-supplied diving equipment. On the other hand, the air hose can also serve as an air brake between a tractor and a semi-trailer.
This hose consists of three main parts: tube, reinforce and cover.
Tube: high-quality black and smooth synthetic rubber (mainly NBR), resistant to wear, corrosion and oil.
Reinforce: consists of multiple layers of high-strength synthetic fibre and increases the strength of the hose.
Cover: high-quality black and smooth synthetic rubber (mainly CR), with high resistance to fire, abrasion, corrosion, oil, weather, ozone and ageing, ensuring long-term use of the hose.
Construction:
Tube: NR & SBR, black.
Reinforce: braided with 1 or 2 plies of high-tensile polyester yarn.
Cover: NR & SBR, with smooth or wrapped surface, available in black, yellow and red.
Applications:

Mainly used for delivering air, inert gas and water in fields such as mining, construction, shipbuilding and steel production.
