Metering pump ND

ND tipli nasoslar və hissələri

NDR-type pumps and units (Adjustable Metering Pump) are single-plunger pumps that are adjusted manually both during operation and at standstill. These pumps are designed for volumetric pressure dosing of neutral and aggressive liquids, emulsions and suspensions. Their kinematic viscosity range is from 35 to 800 cSt, and the maximum density is up to 2000 kg/m³. The pumps can operate at temperatures from -45°C to +150°C.

Metering pumps can be used not only for dosing liquids but also as high-pressure, low-flow and chemical pumps.

Permissible solid, non-abrasive phase concentration:
For units with nominal diameter DN 5 — up to 0.2%
For units with nominal diameter DN 8-15 — up to 2%
For units with nominal diameter DN 25 and above — up to 10%
Density of solid, non-abrasive particles: up to 2300 kg/m³
Particle size: no more than 1% of the nominal diameter of the connecting pipe

Material and marking of the pump's wetted parts:
K — chromium-nickel steel 12X18N9T
D — chromium steel 20X13
E — 10X17N13M3T
I — 06CN28MDT
T — titanium
